Cancellation Policy

**Policy Description:** At Post Park, we prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all our guests. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following policies: 1. **Booking and Payment:** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date. We accept payment via card, Zelle, Cash App, negotiable methods, and cash. Additional hours beyond the agreed-upon duration may be arranged for an extra fee. 2. **Event Duration:** Your event is scheduled to begin at the specified start time and conclude by the designated end time. Additional hours beyond the agreed-upon duration may be arranged for an extra fee. 3. **Catering Preferences:** If catering services have been requested, please inform us of any dietary requirements or menu preferences at least 7 days before the event date. 4. **Decoration Setup:** Any specific decoration setup or arrangement requests should be communicated to us at least 2 weeks before the event for proper coordination. 5. **Guest Behavior:** Guests are expected to adhere to all property rules and regulations. Any unruly behavior that disrupts the event or violates these rules may result in immediate termination of the event. 6. **Property Rules:** Guests are required to comply with all property rules provided by the venue. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or termination of the event. 7. **Security Deposit:** A security deposit is required upon booking & will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the contract. 8. **Cancellation Policy:** The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event date will result in full payment of the remaining cost, excluding the deposit. In case of inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled to an available date. 9. **Additional Services:** Additional services such as catering, event planning, or photography may be available upon request for an extra fee. Please inquire for more information. 10. **Cleaning Fee:** A standard cleaning fee is included in the total cost of the booking. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the venue is not left in its original condition after the event.
